HelioVital – Products
HelioVital – is available as filter film, a combination with special UVtransparent glass as well as acrylic glass.
As a rule, wherever conventional plastic or glass panes are used, DermalGlas or DermalGlas Acryl can also be applied. Conversion is simple and has already proven itself in pane conversions.
HelioVital Filter Films
Filter film for inserting into frames or different applications
HelioVital offers a standard filter film which can be inserted into either frames’ by using flexible cords or stitched onto different applications e.g. in umbrellas.
This filter film offers a high UV-protection factor and is available in two widths: 120 and 150 cm. Slightly tinted in a gold colour, the film is equipped with a standard heat reflection layer but can also be ordered without.
On request various filter film types may be ordered for special demands.
HelioVital – DermalGlas
“DermalGlas” filter film in combination with specially UV-transmissible glass
Dermal Glass by HelioVital is made up of a combination of either special UV transmissible glass with HelioVital filter film laminated onto it, or special glass with HelioVital filter film hung behind it e.g. similar to a roller blind.
We provide HelioVital with an especially developed, extremely UV-transmissible „White glass “named “OptiWhite-H” in order to ensure – in combination with HelioVital technology – the best UV-transmission filter results for your health.
The glass has a long lifespan, various sizes and thicknesses are available.
HelioVital – DermalGlas Acryl
Filter film in combination with specially UV-transmissible acrylic glass
Dermal Glass Acryl by HelioVital is made up of a combination of either special UV transmissible acrylic glass with HelioVital filter film laminated onto it, or acrylic glass with HelioVital filter film hung behind it e.g. similar to a roller blind.
DermalGlas Acryl has a high level of transparency and is highly weather–resistant. It possesses very good thermic insulation and sound absorbing properties. Compared to glass, the durable sheet is lightweight and easy to work with.
DermalGlas Acryl is an ideal solution for conservatories, outdoor solariums and pool pavilions. Through its accredited, biologically effective light filtration, and its longstanding range of applications, it will extend their performance range.
